The events centre has six different meeting rooms, ranging in capacity up to 280 delegates. All with generous amounts of natural daylight and views over Bristol city centre. There’s also complimentary WiFi, LCD projector, flipcharts and pens, temperature control and blackout facilities. Our 149 bedroom Bristol hotel is also ideal for residential delegate packages.
Next door, ample car parking is available at Cabot Circus, with discounted rates for our conference and event bookers. Our meeting rooms are near Bristol Temple Meads, and the bus stops are on the opposite side of the road. Easy access to the M32 and M5. Giving plenty of options for delegates travelling to attend your next meeting.

Ideal for informal events
Jazz at Future Inns is a modern space ideal for live music, stand up comedy or open mic events. The space was purpose-built for live music and is below Chophouse Restaurant. It has sophisticated lighting and a view of the stage from wherever you choose to sit in the room.
It can also be used for intimate dinners or networking events. Our hot fork, finger buffet or function menus can also be eaten here.
Celebrate with family and friends
Our modern yet elegant function suites offer stylish places to get married in Bristol. The stunning suites are licensed for civil ceremonies and are fully air-conditioned with plenty of natural daylight, and provide a neutral colour scheme that will compliment any wedding theme. They are ideal for taking your vows in, enjoy a wedding breakfast or celebrate into the early hours.
As our food is homemade in house, we are able to assist anyone who has a special diet or allergies and intolerances. If you require a vegetarian or vegan spread, or if you need gluten or dairy-free for example, please mention this when booking. It is essential that these meals are pre-ordered so that they can be made for you.
Children are more than welcome to join your celebration. An under 12's children's menu is available and under 5's eat for free.
