Let's start with your arrival. Getting into the building is easy, as there are no steps or ramps to compete with. Once in the building, there are lifts to all the floors. These are large, and the wide corridors allow you to navigate easily. A handful of bedrooms are on the ground floor.
The Accessible Double Room is large and spacious with a Queen sized bed and a sofa, which can be changed into a bed. Within the room, you can expect ample turning space. It is filled with Canadian furniture as a nod to our Canadian heritage. All rooms have a desk with a workspace, a laptop safe and a telephone with free local calls.
The private bathroom has walk-in showers with grab rails and an emergency cord. The sink, towel rail and shelving have been lowered where we put your complimentary toiletries to keep things within easy reach.
Room features include individual air conditioning and heat control, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, tea and coffee-making facilities, bottled water, flat-screen TV with Freeview, vegan-friendly toiletries, a complimentary robe, and slippers. You'll also find an ice bucket and wine glasses in your room.
All guests get parking next door to the hotel at Cabot Circus for £9 per night. The car park is outside of the Clean Air Zone; please follow the instructions. To the rear of the hotel, there is a drop-off zone where parking is permitted for 15 minutes only, after which time a parking charge notice will be issued. However, blue badge holders can park here for £9 per night (subject to availability). Please register your vehicle in reception when you arrive.
