Organising your exhibition just got easier. Future Inn Cardiff is the ideal venue in South Wales, with exhibition spaces and a conference centre. Found in Cardiff Bay, the exhibition space extends across the ground floor. All you need from your exhibition event space is here.

The large, versatile, blank canvas space hosts private and public events throughout the year. It has been used for business meetings, conferences, private dining, weddings and as a Christmas party venue. Meaning each exhibition hosted at Future Inns is unique.

Hotel Cardiff

Our Cardiff hotel boasts 197 spacious, air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms equipped with all the enhanced modern room amenities you would expect of a 4-star hotel with exceptional value for money. All bedrooms are finished with authentic Canadian furniture, a nod to our heritage, soft furnishings and a bath and shower room.

Perks include a Cardiff hotel with ample free parking and electric car charging, free WiFi and a complimentary robe and slippers in your room, plus home away from home services like our guest laundry room and ice-buckets and our ice machine, which you can help yourself to. There is also free entry to Simply Gym.


Getting to Future Inns

Free car parking is available for all of our conference and event bookers. The business centre is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venues suitably accessible for delegates travelling to attend your next meeting. 

Accessibility 

The function suites are entirely accessible and found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets. Specialist diets and allergens

As our food is homemade in-house, we are able to assist anyone who has a special diet or allergies and intolerances. If you require a vegetarian or vegan spread, or if you need gluten or dairy-free, please mention this when booking. It is essential that these meals are pre-ordered so that they can be made for you.
